It sucks to be depressed and sad.
Everybody wants to be happy and positive. Everybody wants to have the ability
to face whatever comes forth. A negative lifestyle will make you crawl into a
hole when you should be facing the world and coming out victorious. So I share
with you some tips to living positively.
Step 1 : Hang out with Positive people who support you
Spending time with people who put
you down, people who do not inspire you or provide you with hope is toxic for
your health and career. Life is too short to hang out with people who drain you
up. Only when you leave the circle of negative people, will you get the chance
to meet people who will positively influence you. This is your life and you
have the power to chose. So chose.
Step 2 : Always be kind and honest with yourself
Things happen and that is life.
Always remember, this is your life and it is your opinion that matters. Don’t
let other people’s like or dislike of what you think is right cloud your judgment
and don’t you second guess yourself. If you have not lived to your expectations,
just be honest with yourself. Pat on that shoulder and forgive yourself. You will
feel much better and much lighter that way. And you can later inspire yourself to do better.
Step 3 : Learn to talk positively when you talk to yourself
When it comes to you, it is your brain
that makes this world appear and feel real for you. If you did not have a brain,
you would not perceive anything. So everything is your mind. One way to make your mind
positive and see things positive is positive self talk. When you talk to
yourself optimistically, big challenges appear do able. You will find
confidence. Always talk positively with yourself.
Step 4 : Read stuff that uplifts you
Reading to brain is like
exercising to body. When you read, your mind becomes tougher and sharper. And
when you read something that uplifts you, you will be killing two birds with
one bullets. It will make you positive, confident, smarter, sophisticated and
many other things. So read as much as you can. But remember to read things that
benefit you in some way.
